Emergency Wellness & Safety Check-Ins
“When You Can’t Be There, We Can Check In,”
For members and families at a distance, we can provide emergency wellness and safety check-ins if a loved one isn't answering calls or there are concerns about their well-being. We'll check on them in person and communicate our observations to the designated family contact. Safety check-ins are subject to availability, access, and the level of assistance needed.
